Transient Residents?
Transient Residents buy a 1 year membership which renews if not cancelled and finance the membership Weekly or Monthly. They are then sent a Sticker or Laminated Card with a QR code which gives them access to our City Owned land anywhere in the US!
Have you dreamed of accessing private property that you can plan a getaway to but didn't want to pay the high cost of land ownership, taxes etc?
Transient Membership is for you!
Once you become a member you will be able to see our currently owned land and become part of our population.
You will also have 1st opportunity at seeing lots & acres available for sale within our city limits.
You will also gain access to our Private Facebook Group for those in our city.
City Safety:
A background check will be done on each applicant to check for violent criminal history, especially crimes against Women and Children.
This is going to be a safe community for everyone!

Because we respect the journey and the right, we respect you regardless of where you come from, what you look like and your personal expression or sexual orientation.
We believe Governments primary role is to play referee & aside from that should play a limited role in people's lives.
Bottom line Occultist, Christian, Black, White, Gay, Straight, Trans, we respect you because we respect freedom.
The founder is registered Independent Politically and even then, doesn't formally claim any party. They believe we are all Americans and as such should work together to make our world better.
